OUR Samaj was invited this year to the annual Patutsav event at the Shree Hindu Temple and Community Centre, Leicester. The Mandir is the only one outside India where our Pujya Shri Trikamjibapu’s Murti is in place since 2015.
The annual ceremony is to “cleanse” the deities and release them of the weight of sins that we knowingly or unknowingly cast upon them during our visits to the temple.
The ceremonies started at 8.30am on Saturday 15th February 2020 with Ganesh Puja and Abhishek of all the murtis, followed by Haven and then Prasadi. In the end was the Dhaja (flag) ceremony where attendees donated for the new mandir Dhaja to be placed on the top of the outside of the mandir with blessings from Amba Mataji. Bapu’s Bhajans ended the day at 5pm.
