On 16th November 2025, the Samaj formed its first-ever Media Team created by President Vishnu Chhelavada.
The Samaj published our very first posts on Instagram and Facebook on 4th December 2025 as part of the lead-up to celebrating 45 years of our Leicester Samaj (UK).
This marked the beginning of a new chapter for us: revitalising our online presence and moving forward with the times. While much of our communication in the past relied on email communications and word of mouth, this step reflects our aim to connect better with younger generations, increase engagement and share our Samaj’s activities, values and milestones on modern platforms.
Through social media, we hope to preserve our rich history while embracing new ways of bringing our community together.
