On 1st January 2026, our Samaj launched a series of short podcasts on YouTube to mark 45 years of the Samaj in Leicester (UK). The idea for the podcast series, as well as the role of host, was led by Vishnu Chhelavada.
The aim of the podcasts is to capture the history of our Samaj in Leicester, which began as a small and humble community in the 1970s.
Each episode features members of the Samaj who have played a key role in shaping it into what it is today, while also sharing their ideas and thoughts on how it can continue to grow and evolve in the future.
It is our intention to continue these podcasts and explore other interesting and relevant topics in the years to come.
Vishnu Chhelavada has hosted these podcasts, with the support of Jatin and Krishna Thanki who have filmed and edited this podcast series.
